Are you seeking more balance, understanding, connection, and freedom in your relationships with yourself and others? If so, I believe you are in the right place, and I am so glad you have found yourself here. Embarking on the journey of self-discovery and healing can often feel overwhelming. I create a safe and supportive environment to help you through the journey.

I am a second year clinically trained, master’s level graduate student in the Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. With over a decade of experience weaving together the threads of somatic knowledge as a corrective exercise specialist, integrative nutrition practitioner, personal trainer, certified Yoga instructor, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I offer a holistic approach to therapy that honors the intricate connection between body and mind. My practice is rooted in the belief that by listening to our innate inner wisdom, we can uncover the stories and patterns that lie beneath the surface of our consciousness. It is through these narratives and that we find more balance and harmony in our lives.

I believe in connection and the wholeness of an imperfect being. I work to establish a safe therapeutic bond and work interpersonally in the here & now. Combining practices from object relations, somatic therapies, family systems, experiential therapies, depth tradition and psychoanalytic theory. I work with the belief that to find connection to the self is to find wholeness and ultimately relief and compassionate understanding.

The journey of compassionate self-discovery is led by the client’s gentle inquisition, discovering patterns, and diving into the unconscious. There is a universe inside all of us ripe for discovery, we need only lay our head under the tree of awe. What to Expect When We Work Together

I promise to meet you where you are at. My clinical focus is to first create a safe container and then to form a therapeutic alliance in which you feel seen and heard. Through our work together, my hope is that you discover and metabolize unconscious content that has been holding you back and/or keeping you in pain.

Prior to your session:

  • Intake forms filled out (medical release form and release of liability)

  • Pre-care or how to best take care of yourself prior to your session

    • Wear comfortable clothing

    • Bring a journal and a pen if you would like to take notes

    • Pay attention to your dreams, both asleep and away (daydreams)

  • If you are being seen via telehealth

    • ensure you have a private space

    • I recommend using headphones and sitting in front of a natural light source like a window

    • ensure you have your telehealth zoom link

During your session:

  • Sessions are 50 minutes in length

  • Typically I ask you where you would like to begin and off we go
