The Three Pillars of Wellness

  • Depth Psychology

Your past and the stories you tell yourself dictate so much of your wellness, yet are often overlooked. How do you use those stories for or against you? How do you speak to your inner child? And what systems are you looping through again and again that are keeping you stuck? With a head-focused, heart-centered approach we aim to make changes that last by stripping those stories loose and getting to the tooth of the issue.

  • Movement

Movement brings us into our bodies, allows us energetic release, and is an excellent tool to shape and build our bodies. Paired with breath, movement is a powerful force of change that will transform your state and positively impact your life as well as your longevity.

  • Nourishment

You are what you eat. Nourishment (food) dictates how you feel, WHAT you are made of, and will size your body. Food is so much more than fuel, food is feeling and nourishment, it is a tiny blueprint for your cells to build a better body. It is connection, culture, and self-care.

A big warm hello!

I'm Naomi, an integrative health and nutrition coach, yogi, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, breathwork facilitator, and all-around nerd. After years of coaching clients through diets and movement, I found a common problem in the fitness industry. No one was addressing the ENTIRE person and everyone was leaving out the psychology that is keeping people stuck. Every program was fitness-focused and the diets were restrictive and unsustainable. They created unhealthy habits and a narrative that our bodies weren't enough. The dirty secret about the fitness industry is that they focus on breaking you down so that you need them. If you are hungry to be enough and broken by the system they can sell you on a dream and they never fulfill it. Leaving many of us walking around the realm of hungry ghosts, always seeking more when we are more, we are enough.

I started Mindful Movement Collective to help people release their physical and emotional pain. I have curated an innovative wellness space that incorporates every aspect of whole health. I believe wellness is a holistic system with three main pillars: movement, nourishment, and psychology. MM focuses on all three of these pillars in order to heal clients and allow them to release their physical and emotional pain.

My hope is to open your eyes to the idea that you are enough. And share with you true wellness with healing movement and embodiment practices to align you with your healed, pain free inner self.
