I help you heal your physical body and your emotional body through conscious movement, meditative breath, nutritional therapies, and alignment techniques. True health is found through a holistic system of tools: emotional health, movement, and nourishment. The entire system needs to be addressed on the road to stress-free total embodied health.
I started Mindful Movement to help others let go of stress, self-hatred, and the feeling that they always have to do things alone. To allow them to heal from illness, both emotional and physical. Mindful Movement is about being mindful in our journey and moving towards wellness by mending our relationship with ourselves, food, our goals, and others. The podcast (mindful mastery) and mindful movement collective were created to help educate you and help you achieve whole health through my compassionate understanding of the human condition.
